The Dominicans are known for many things. Founded as an order of preachers, they have produced unparalelled theology though the work of st Thomas Aquinas and continue to teach at the Dominican House of Studies at CUA. They are great missionaries and purveyors of charity. One of their lesser known accomplishments is the bluegrass band, the Hillbilly Thomists, who spread faith and fellowship though country folk music.
